Save your money and do not go here. They know you’re in a desperate spot and will take advantage of you. I was told before my session even started that they automatically recommend additional therapy. At the end, they said I need 12 weeks of therapy. The kicker, it’s $50 a session. They do not take Florida blue.
This is the absolute worst place you could ever go!!! They do not know how to do billing they overcharge you don’t know how to explain it. Their services are horrible if you’re in recovery and need a good place to go don’t make a life-threatening mistake by going here.
Save yourself, this place is only around because of their government associations. They don’t care about you , or anything pertaining to helping you . The staff was so uneducated on simple information. The supervisor told me that they never had anyone refuse to sign a paper. I didn’t refuse I needed clarity and wanted to speak to my PO. That resulted in them kicking me out the program and asking me to pay AGAIN , for the orientation! All because I needed clarity . I had my last appointment on 1/17/25 canceled the night before because of balance issue. I called the office to pay a $35 dollar no show fee I had from a previous appointment. The girl on the phone asked my name and card number. As I’m reading her my card number and I asked her how much my balance was and she told me it was $300 something dollars due to several “appointment adjustment” fees.
