Trying to obtain medical records (that this office is legally obligated to provide) and all we can manage to get is attitude and our call hung up by Rosi in the middle of a sentence.
After reading all the reviews, I guess Rosy has been there for quite some time or has a position that does not offer her any corrective measures on how rude, uneducated and unhelpful she is to the people calling this office. Any bad reviews given, happens to have her name. If I could give zero stars I would. If she is this way with another professional medical office, I can’t begin to imagine how she is with patients. Her position needs to be deeply evaluated by her superiors.

Hi everyone this will be my second time doing a review the first one was for my rheumatologist Dr. Lea Meir this one will be about my beautiful Rosey. Rosey is the sweetest and most professional nurse on their team. She has the best hands when drawing blood. I see some reviews on here about her and I am just putting my 2 cents. Dr. Meir takes her time and makes very honest recommendations. All of their staff are great and helpful
