The receptionist and the doctor by himself are nice people but honestly the way to process my testing and comments sounds very unprofessional. I have been three times in this office and I haven't get any real or concrete resolution about my issue. Very concern how he process cutting the example, sent it to the lab, received results that are not clear even for himself and then schedule another example and he will get a better understanding what is going on with my issue.
