My son has been with Dr. Nikki since birth we never had any issues until recently. My son had an appointment for July but we had to reschedule cause NO ONE from the office thought it was important to reach out to existing patients to inform them that one they're no longer in the West Palm office and two they no longer take my son's insurance. Long Wait Times for Appointments
I’ve experienced frustratingly long waits—often up to an hour—for even the simplest appointments. Appointments are crammed together with just 5 minutes between them, leading to endless delays and inefficiency. Camille was amazing and was so sweet with my babies for their procedure. She was thorough in explaining everything and answering my questions. She is compassionate, kind, and has great bedside manner. She went above and beyond with my boys to make sure everything was going well after their procedure.

This practice incorrectly billed my insurance which resulted in me being overcharged. I have been trying to reach someone for two weeks regarding this issue and nobody will return my call. Shame on you all.
