I came to this office, because i changed the insurance, for the third time Dr. TRUJILLO, let us waiting for more than 1 hr, and never showed up, the last. I leave my work earlier just to be very early, that's doesnt work, I asked to refund my money, and let the office, upset and sad, because my child is still sick, I lost my precious time. Horrible.

This place is very unprofessional. I came here with my son who was sick with pneumonia. While waiting we are told he cannot he seen because his pediatrician moved to another state. This office failed to tell me that over the phone. They could’ve saved me time and gas. No one notified me that she left and as a result he could not be seen. And good luck trying to get a referral from them or trying to get them to answer the phone because they don’t know how to do either one. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This review is based on my experience with the office staff not the doctors. I’ve had a horrible time trying to get my sons medical records sent to his new pediatrician. The office manager Nancy refuses to return my phone call or even get on the phone with me. I’ve been getting the run around since 7/2/18. Unacceptable! When trying to get answers I was told by Kate, IDK I just answer phones and make appointments. She also told me that Milo is new so she doesn’t really know the rules when I told her she misinformed me last we... read more

Los doctores son excelentes pero el tiempo de espera es estresante si tienes Appt a las 3 t atienden 4 pm y así sucesivamente...�
