WORST PLACE EVER. ALL START WITH THE PERSON ATTENDING THE PHONE CALLS, NO GOOD MORNING NO NOTHING. SHE ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS DIRECTS YOU TO THE WRONG SPOT. I CALLED FOR GETTINGS TEH RECORDS FOR MY CHILD, SHE TOLD US THAT WE HAD TO GO SIGN A FORM AND GET IT FROM THEM. IT TOOK US AN HR TO GO THERE SINCE WE LIEVE FAR. WHEN GETTING INTO THERE AND AFTER WAITING FOR A WHILE THEY TOLD US THAT WHOMEVER TOLD US THAT WAS WRONG, THAT WE COULD DO EVERYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE. LIKE WE HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD FOR THIS. Super simple to check in. Friendly staff! Only had to wait about 10 min, the nurse and Dr. were incredibly nice listened to everything we had to say, checked my daughter out and we were on our way! We had a great visit. Definitely recommend this office, plenty of parking.
The best
Always a pleasant experience taking my son to his doctor’s visits. The staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Perdomo is a godsend. She’s kind, compassionate, and very thorough. She has a way of turning a stressful situation into a smooth and calming experience for my son. Our family is extremely satisfied with this office and our son’s pediatrician. If I could give 100 stars I would!
