Dr. Hodor Kenneth R and the nurse are amazing. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hodor for about two years, and the medical care has always been excellent. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. The nurse is also wonderful — kind, professional, and very helpful. However, the experience with the front desk receptionist has been extremely disappointing. During something as simple as an appointment reminder call, I received a very nasty attitude. WOW JUST GOTTEN OFF THE PHONE WITH THE STILL THE SAME FRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST AT DR HORDERS OFFICE , YES THE SAME CRAP AS BEFORE NO TIME 4 ANYONE , SHE SAYS GOTTA GO AS IM ASKING HOW THE FRIENDLY DOC IS HE , IS A GOOD OL BOY FROM N.Y AND GAVE ME GOOD INFO ABOUT MY BACK AND XRAY ME ...WELL I LAST SAW HIM IN NOV 2020 NOT LONG AGO. AS I WISH TO GET MY RECORDS FROM THEM FOR DISABILITY, I ASKED IF I CAN GET THEM I WAS THINKING THEY KEEP THEM for 3 YEARS, But by LAW it's 7 years and she told me that it Was 7 but wouldn't you know it... read more
Dr. Hodor has been taking care of me for over 15 years. He is old school friendly, spends time with you, he is honest, he is upfront and his staff (Marisol) are the nicest. Such an amazing Dr and staff.
