absolute worst medical/denral experience ive ever had. I was ignored when listing my concerns, was told 'not to worry' when asking about what sedation drugs were being administered, then woke up mid surgery, Dr reacted with annoyance and just left. I was then sent home with a cracked and dislodged tooth and had to fight to get another appointment the nurse/receprionist was unfriendly and rude. RecommendedDr Weinstein is the best! He is not only knowledgeable, professional & competent, but he has an amazing "bedside manner". He immediately put me at ease & has a great sense of humor as well. The entire staff is so welcoming too. I've had a couple of extractions there & hands down, I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. They also give a follow-up phone call which shows that they really care about their patients.
When you need dental work I will recommend you to always get a second opinion. The first dentist I visited 3 weeks ago wanted to extract my impacted tooth. I was not happy and sure about it and visited again Dr. Travis Thompson of South Florida Oral & Maxilofacial Surgery, to extract my bad tooth. He advised me to visit a dentists group next door since he think they can save me from an extraction. Dr. Jeronimo Guzman and his team removed all four of my wisdom teeth at their newest office in Royal Palm Beach next to Palms West Hospital. It’s been nearly 24 hours since surgery and I’ve had no swelling or discomfort. Jeronimo and his team are amazing—funny, attentive, very responsive (even texting)—and they get the job done!
Excellent dentist, no pain during and after surgery. Will definitely be using them again.5+ stars
I just had my wisdom tooth removed, and my experience was great! Dr Guzman is professional, kind and had so much patience with me. His assistants and all the office staff were so friendly, courteous and helpful. Amazing and excellent service.
