The buying experience at South Florida Mattress Direct was super smooth. Joe helped us out and was very patient in helping us find the right mattress. We’ve now had our Eclipse mattress for about 9 months, and we’re still loving it as much as the day we got it. Delivery was a breeze too. Definitely recommend this store!
I never leave reviews but this place has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Most reasonable prices I've seen around, and the employees are incredibly kind. Bought a new mattress for a move and Joe made the process so unbelievably easy for me 10/10! We need more businesses like this one.
Great service, price and overall experience with the gentlemen in this place. Got our mattress and a pillow and are very happy with our purchase still.
