South Florida Joint Replacement Center is a top notch exceptional facility wherein, I very recently was a patient having a procedure while my wife waited for me in the reception/lobby area. We were both thoroughly impressed from the time of arrival to departure. My arrival time was at 5:30am; and as soon as we entered the doors, we were immediately greeted with a smiling and energetic office staff (DJ and Yvonne) who made us feel so welcomed and ensured me that I was in good hands; as they probably noticed my nervousness. My experience yesterday was better than 5 star actually. From the moment I entered the facility until discharge, we were on time and we dealt with the nicest people. Dr. Courtney, my surgeon, Dr Kahn, the anathesiologist, Michelle, one of the nurses and Dierdre who guided me thru all the steps by phone and in person, to include a follow up call this morning, were all so professional and so nice. The 2 year old surgery center is also amazing. My sincerest thanks to everyone involved.
This outpatient facility is top notch! The facility is clean and modern. I recently had a hip replacement and I can’t speak more highly about the staff and quality of care. From the receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor - all were kind, caring and answered all my questions. I recommend them highly.
