I recently learned after purchasing a townhome they inspected that several key bits of important information was left out of our report. One window actually had no glass and was a plexiglass panel. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this. We recently fixed our roof and upon speaking with the roofer we found out that our skylight was in fact hurricane proof. I cannot comment on the quality of the inspection as the report hasn't come in yet, but I feel I can on the professionalism displayed. They just completed an inspection of my house and upon leaving left several breakers popped (after opening the panel), one of which was for the fridge. Luckily we were home for the inspection and found the fridge without power shortly after they left, had we not been I imagine a fridge full of spoiled food would have followed (as a note, in the years we have been here the breaker for the frid... read more
