I had an incredible experience from the onset of scheduling an appointment to meeting the welcoming staff. Dr. Palmer's bedside manner and skills are the reason so many patients come to this practice. This is a well run organization! Thank you for the great care!

These people are a bunch of unprofessionals. They don't like veterans and the office personnel are rude. They forced me to use my personal insurance instead of the VA community care. When I changed it to Aetna, they still didn't put me in for surgery 5 months later. I called every week. The office manager has to be the worst person to talk to. They gave me a ton of excuses not to do my wrist surgery. They even talked bad to my VA medical representative. The office manager has a superiority complex. No tact at all.

Dr. Esmaeili is the one of the best if not the best. Great bedside manner. Changed is choice of words, speed of delivery, etc. when speaking to me about my wrist and then my son about his finger. He's great so it's busy, but worth the wait. Thanks Dr. "Smiley." GO GATORS!
