Honestly I had a very pleasant experience. I thought I was going to see Dr. Mendez but ended up with physician Jeanette Hernandez, APRN. She was very nice, very professional.She answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with her performance as a physician. However, I will say the office staff should be a little nicer to each other specifically infront of a patient. Me encanta venir a esta oficina, no porque me guste que me chequeen, pero porque me gusta como me atienden. El servicio de este lugar es maravilloso, llevo anos viniendo para aca y nunca he tenido ningun problema, ni con la oficina ni con los medicos. Dr. Ortiz es maravilloso y muy humano. Dr. Penalvert, es uno de los mejores medicos que conozco, me hace sentir muy comoda y segura cada vez que voy. Los dos mellaman cuando los necesito. El nivel de profesionalismo aqui es lo maximo.
