My son took boxing at Strike Gym and after about a year wanted to stop. So I filled out the cancellation form and was told I would be charge for 1 more month, which I was fine with. This was 4 months ago, and Strike Gym (or South Florida Fitness now) keeps charging my Amex $150.00/month ever since. I have called about 12-15 times and was told each time that the manager Alex would refund me, but to date I have not seen a single credit. Go spend your money somewhere else!!! The owner has the worst customer service skills and the Manager is just as bad!
Are you relocating or is permanently shut down?
As far as boxing equipment this place sucks its has no speed bags and a double end bag thats not ajustable and is like 3 feet from the ground which renders it useless if your an adult. I only used 1 of my 3 free day pass and wont be going back.
