Disappointing Office Experience I recently had a 1:00 p.m. appointment with this ophthalmologist. The doctor was nice, and my concerns are not with the doctor personally, but with the office staff and the excessive waiting time. I waited 1 hour and 7 minutes before I was seen. When I expressed concern about the wait, one staff member abruptly told me that there were signs posted stating that the waiting time could be 2 to 3 hours. Terrible place, bad service, and unexplained delays.
Attractive setting, if a bit confusing to navigate (needs better signage)...but otherwise clean and modern. Friendly staff.
Dr Spratt’s office is a disaster. The front desk staff is unprofessional and apathetic towards patients and caregivers. Don’t do business at South Florida Eye Health.
Dr Spratt is a wonderful caring Dr. He is a true expert in his field. He spends time with each patient and he listens. Dr Spratt goes above and beyond for his patients! It just doesn’t get any better!
