Go here if you want to get robbed. If you have an insurance co-pay they will happily slap on top a 300 dollar deductible on your visit. I've reported them to my insurance and other routes with details. They barely answer the calls when trying to get to management or the doctors assistant to try and get your records to go somewhere else. I don't know what management is doing here. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

My visit at the Sunrise location was identified as a Workmen’s Comp claim. I provided Workmen’s Comp information on multiple occasions including the date of visit, via email, mailed correspondence, and voicemail messages to the billing department. In addition, the Workmen’s Comp adjuster left a message with the applicable policy and billing information. To date, no confirmation of receipt or resolution has been provided.
