Jose was so helpful, professional, and dedicated to helping us overcome obstacles with paperwork before my wife’s cataract surgery. They are lucky to have him! AND while waiting in the office for my wife at her follow up appointment, Marie, the office manager, was asking patients/family members if everything was OK or if they needed anything. This office is HORRIBLE! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DO NOT FAX Medical records requested. No wonder good doctors like Dr. Kaplan leave the practice. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE FOR ANY REASON.
Go here if you want to get robbed. If you have an insurance co-pay they will happily slap on top a 300 dollar deductible on your visit. I've reported them to my insurance and other routes with details. They barely answer the calls when trying to get to management or the doctors assistant to try and get your records to go somewhere else. I don't know what management is doing here. This place should be ashamed of themselves.
