Dr Spratt is a wonderful caring Dr. He is a true expert in his field. He spends time with each patient and he listens. Dr Spratt goes above and beyond for his patients! It just doesn’t get any better!

I waited 2 hours to be seen by the doctor.
Jose was so helpful, professional, and dedicated to helping us overcome obstacles with paperwork before my wife’s cataract surgery. They are lucky to have him! AND while waiting in the office for my wife at her follow up appointment, Marie, the office manager, was asking patients/family members if everything was OK or if they needed anything. This office is HORRIBLE! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DO NOT FAX Medical records requested. No wonder good doctors like Dr. Kaplan leave the practice. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE FOR ANY REASON.
