We used SFD over the course of 3 years to maintain our two air handlers and condensers. The technicians were always on time and courteous and our air conditioners generally ran and performed well. Then the compressor in one of our 9-year-old condensers failed. Two technicians from other companies noticed the condensation bulb in the air handler was removed and said that was a big no-no that could have contributed to the unit failing. We bought our house not knowing the previous owner had hidden leaking ducts and slapped together a mismatched AC setup. I found out the hard way when the place refused to cool below 77 no matter what we did. South Florida Ducts came in and completely fixed it. Jeremy gave us the best quote out of everyone we called, no contest, and actually explained what was going on instead of just trying to sell us something. Great job! I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work
Ductwork was very well done, all cleaned up but they had to come back 2x, once for the compressor outside, which we are not sure about and once for a mold stick that stopped working after a week and will be replaced next week 8/3/26 However I will say all calls are returned and service is quick
