They literally don’t answer calls—impossible to make an appointment
Dr. Schochet is an exceptional doctor that really cares about all of his patients. I have been a long-time patient and can't recommend him enough. In addition, the office staff treats all patients like family and helps you navigate insurance issues, etc. I kept postponing my colonoscopy because I was so anxious about the procedure. I finally gave in and when I was wheeled into the room, Dr. Schochet immediately reassured me. After the experience, I was annoyed at myself that I didn't do it sooner. Good luck if you are trying to make an appointment with any of the Doctors at this practice. I have been calling, leaving messages and emails for a week and nobody has responded. Not the kind of service you are expecting from a reputable Doctors office.
