Great service, they fixed the issue the previous place we took the bike to couldn’t help with (despite charging an arm and a leg). Friendly, efficient and price conscious. Mike was great. We come from Miami and we’ll recommend South Florida Choppers to anyone looking to ger their Harleys properly serviced.
Men should stand by their work and their word and this shop did neither. After a nightmare 5 month $900 repair job, the icing on the cake was the owner demanding I pay cash for the second set of repairs (which he originally said were included bc the first service didn’t fix the problem) if I ever wanted my bike back. Very frustrating to deal with people who do not stand by their word, do not communicate with their customers, and have no sympathy for their frustrations when they do not fix their problems in a timely manner.
Fantastic experience, John went above and beyond.
