I have been waiting for nearly two months to receive an appointment to start my IV in preparation for my surgery scheduled for March. Despite multiple phone calls, I received inconsistent information each time. I also spoke with a manager who took my contact information, but no follow-up was ever made.
Today I was refused treatment at So Florida Cancer Care in Margate because for the 17th time I was asked for a copayment that was the incorrect amount. The first time I told them they were incorrect I was told that since my Insuance had not paid them yet I would need to pay it and they would adjust it then. I did it even though being an insurance agent for 40 I know better than to trust a doctors office. Several times they made me pay the wrong amount for iron infusions therapy.
