Magdalene at BayCare Outpatient Rehabilitation in Valrico is phenomenal! I completed therapy with her this year for back pain and have seen significant improvement. She is incredibly personable, and I actually looked forward to our sessions twice a week. She pushed me to get stronger but was always mindful of my limits so she never triggered my pain. She even recommended a personal trainer to help me maintain my progress. I can't recommend her and the Valrico team enough!
Mahima Shroff was professional and created a custom PT plan for me. She was punctual for appointments and extremely knowledgeable about the muscles involved and how to exercise them. I can highly recommend.
Mahima was my husband physical therapist and she was delightful to work with; professional, sweet and very good at communicating.
I’ve waited over a month just to get scheduled for physical therapy ended up getting help elsewhere I’m a disabled veteran with combat injuries so waiting for this long just to get scheduled is unacceptable!
Booked online and got to office and it wasn't showing on their computer the appointment i booked and missed work unpaid for your system issues!
