I appreciate that you were able to make my originally scheduled appointment of 4:30 work today. However, I was let in at 4:45, Jodie did a pinch/grip test with me, and then showed me two exercises. I was given a total of 10-15minutes of her time, even though I’m sure I will be charged for a full session. She didn’t even know the correct time of my appointment. This is a very nice and clean facility. The staff are very kind and pleasant to talk to. They really showed that they are there to help you get back on track to being your normal self again. A special thanks to my therapist Megan for being so awesome.
