Check in nurse was rude I waited 3 hours checked on my status she said she didn’t know how much longer. When I arrived there was very few people waiting. Piss poor service

Been there a few times,was admitted a few times people upstairs are very nice but in the er very unprofessional!Was diagnosed with covid jan 10,so was in and out of hospital cause my body was out of wack,seen by a doctor dorian k madrid nurse practioner,very rude and unprofessional.I think she needs a new profession was in a bad mood just wanted her to do her job have had problems with her twice ! COVID WAS A TRAMATIC THING AND TO BE TREATED THAT WAY IS PRETTY SHITY! 2/10/21 Says online this lady has many malpractice lawsuit... read more

South Florida Baptist Hospital 301 N Alexander St, Plant City, FL 33563 Hospital Cynthia Ballard 720 points 23 hours ago Patient Feedback Survey I tried to get off the stretcher to leave the hospital! I was being admitted with chest pain. I am an immuno-compromised patient because of rheumatoid arthritis medications! This two star rating is based on one thing: the lack of cleanliness in the ER. If you aren't sick when you get there, you might be before you leave. We spent a full day there. There was trash on the floor in the room we were put in. The bathroom actually had fecal matter on the toilet seat. The trash can was full and overflowing at 9:00 a.m. The night cleaning crew does little more than empty the trash. The first thing I did was grab cleaning towelettes and wipe down the arms of the chairs, bed, everything we could touc... read more
