Customer Service? Absent...Get what you pay for? 2 back-to-back non-working parts. Do what they can to correct issues with compassion? NOT HARDLY Taking care of a "Paid first" customer ahead of working with "the next victim"? They're always too busy to take care of your needs when working with someone else. Do what they can to keep your business after costing you extra labor costs due to their ineptness? Try THAT one!
A total waste of time! Drove 3 1/2 hours to possibly buy a rear seat for a vintage Mercedes, which the salesperson told me over the phone was in great condition - what a LIAR! It was dry rotted, and in worse shape than the one I was wanting to replace.... Then the moron tried to talk me into buying a BURGUNDY seat! MINE IS BLUE, AND ITS ON MY BUILD SHEET FROM MERCEDES BENZ.... AND THE IDIOT WOULD NOT SHUT UP ABOUT TRYING TO TALK ME INTO BUYING THIS BURGUNDY INTERIOR! I've been working on finding a Transmission Control Module for my friends '93 Grand Cherokee for the last month and a half. Absolutely NO ONE could find it or could reference me to a shop that could. I managed to find this little gem and when I gave them a call the manager/owner (not sure) answered and helped me find it! He saved me a trip to Tampa and had them deliver it to their shop and they gave me a call when it arrived. All staff were super friendly and absolutely amazing!
