Some years ago, we were using a different air conditioning company to re-do one of the sones in our home. They failed to perform in several ways, including not obtaining the permits necessary to do the work. Fortunately, a friend recommended South Florida Air. Buyer beware! I purchased the “top-of-the-line” AC Unit from them in 2018. They gave me their word the unit, if properly maintained could last up to 15 years. They strongly suggested I invest in their maintenance program to ensure longevity of the unit. Roughly $200 dollars every six months. I did so. After only seven years the unit was useless. I have been using South Florida Air Conditioning for the past 3 years for AC repairs and have had good results. I was recently convinced by them to replace my 10 year old builder grade AC that developed an expensive coolant leak. I put it off for a while after they recharged my system, but the leak got worse and it didn't make any sense to to do patchwork repairs. South Florida Air Conditioning did an outstanding job replacing our ductwork using the R-8 Anti Microbial Flex Ducts. The entire crew - Alex, Alejandro, Ismael, and Roilan, led by Roody - worked together like a true professional team.
