What an incredible experience from start to finish. Unlike multiple other AC consults that lasted 15 - 30 minutes and were superficial, Steve came out on a Friday at the end of the day and spent an hour and a half evaluating our home, mapping the AC and duct system, to determine what our home needed to resolve the AC issues we’d had for years. I was quoted $250 over the phone. After the repair, the bill came out to nearly $600. I was never told the cost would increase, and the tech didn’t explain any of the charges. Just handed me the invoice and left. There needs to be clear communication upfront. This felt like a bait-and-switch. I won’t be calling them again.

I have been using SFA for over 20 years. Love their support. We have moved three times. Everyone who has serviced my a/c and appliances have been top notch. Katy who handles my renewals, etc, is the best. Most recently Edwin serviced our A/C and he noted that the setting was wrong on our Ecobee's...wrong size of A/C was noted so it provided too much humidity. He changed it! Some other company had installed the Ecobees. It totally changed the cooling completely...now every room cools properly, quickly and perfectly. Thank you... read more
