My initial visit wasn't bad because the nurse practitioner was great and then the md came in stood against the wall and asked me one question How long have you been using that walker, then explained his plan for 2 minutes and left. After my procedure I came home and started crying and lied on the floor it was only comfortable place, I called the office more than 7 times and kept being redirected to the nurse always left a message, I never had a call back and I was in agony I felt like a number to them.
Dr Le. Is a great doctor.
Dr. Man Le is an amazing doctor that doesn't just push medications and narcotics. He is more into solving problems than covering them up. He is very easy to talk to and is generally concerned for his patients when they are in the office. Dr. Le also helps his patients that can't make it to the office or that are in the hospital. Overall he is caring and has wonderful bed side manners.
This is the second time we had to wait 5 plus hours to be seen after the appointment time. There us a doctor that seems very unprofessional and rants and screams at staff. He is quite rude to patients as well. This place seems like no more than a pill mill... and then the prescriptions called in wete messed up.
