Well it's section 8 like living So the walls are thin,it's always loud,,to much in and the doors are very loud when they so I hear it constantly and management,should be replaced been waited wait for a window screen for 3 yrs and a kitchen drawer since moved in in 2019
They will not listen to any of the maintenance requests. It will be months before they get to it, they will evict you even if you’re behind yet trying on your rent, they just don’t care at all. All they want is money and that’s it. They don’t care about their clients or anything else. Worst place to rent. 30% of income? No. I get paid 7-800 checks and 70% of the check goes towards rent

New landlord is very nice and is pushing for better people to move in and drama rarely happens if it does go to the landlord she will put a stop it's gotten way better since the new manager came and I love the place
