I have done business with Brad and South Eugene Storage for several years and I have nothing but good to say. The staff is amazing, the facility is clean and easy to access and the units are always cleaned and prepped before you move your items in. I would trust this storage facility with any and all of my items and storage needs. If you’re looking for a great facility, give South Eugene Storage a call, trust me!!
This place is horrendous! Do not do business with the weird couple that is ‘running’ the place. The old guy locked me out of having access to my medication and dogs because his son caused problems and asked him to lock them in there. I had to call police and wait for them to get done bowling to gain access and even then they had the audacity to act like they’re the victims. Omg what a bunch of freaks watching me on camera and setting off alarms and speaking through the speaker to get me to another mental state, I’m a veteran... read more
