Needed 4 screws to fix my granddaughter’s training potty. Cost me $1.04. Older gentleman behind counter proceeded to lecture me about it not being worth the sale since I used my credit card. I had no cash on me, and I understand, but I don’t want to stand and made to feel uncomfortable while I’m being lectured about using a local neighborhood store instead of going to Home Depot. Won’t be going back. 😡😡

This has been our "go to" place for hardware since we moved to South Euclid 10 years ago. They have recently expanded, the prices are competitive, and the staff is far more knowledgeable than what you'll find at those "big box" hardware stores.
