I've come here twice while on a weekend away, they have such a great selection of excellently prepared and butchered meats, sausages that are outstanding, and during the summer months they do a smoker which just started this Sunday (think it's a weekly thing 12-2 until they sell out?). We got the Slammer and couldn't fault anything, though the brisket was an absolute favourite Already looking to coming here again when I'm back on the island!

We cannot say enough good things about Morgan at South End Sausage, he was absolutely incredible and one of the true highlights of our wedding day on Salt Spring Island. From the very first conversation, Morgan made us feel completely at ease. He was at the venue at 6am setting up the pigs to roast (all day!)
