David came out to help on an excruciatingly hot day to fix A/C that had just gone out earlier that morning, showed up when they said he would, at a better hourly rate than the other company we called, and even showed me where the pull cord is in case it happens again! Much appreciated, strongly recommend.

We were charged $250 for a capacitor that costs around $50, and $550 for a fan motor that costs under $100. The total came to $880, which is outrageous. I understand paying for labor, but this kind of markup is excessive and feels like a rip-off. Stay away from this service — get a second opinion and check part prices before agreeing to any repairs.
