This place is now a pure joke. Can never get an appointment with a doctor for 6-10 weeks then they call a couple of weeks before appointment saying the doctor will not be available so you have to reschedule. Your prescription runs out and you call to get refill only to be told the doctor will not refill until they see it. I’m fuming right now and will be changing doctors/locations. This is not the first time this has happened. This place is no longer interested in your well being but rather your money!!!
Had my yearly preventative care appointment with Dr. Jackson in June. Recieved bills that should have been covered by insurance. When I called the office for an explanation I was told because the Dr discussed with me my high cholesterol and prescribed me medication it would not be considered preventative. This is crazy. Please be aware of this when you make your visit. Will be finding a new provider after many years of seeing Dr's at this location.
