Melvin Jacobs is the worst home inspector on the face of the planet. I was not home when he did the inspection on my house. He ran my dishwasher and left it with hot water filled up halfway. He pulled up all of my blinds in my house and didn't bother to pull them back down. He knocked down a curtain and didn't pick it back up. On top of the disrespectful things he did to my home, the things he found in his inspection were outrageously stupid. He scared the buyers away by finding little unimportant things.
