Very unprofessional and concerning behaviour from medical staff. I attended this clinic in total of 3 times including today with my 9 year old daughter as she was referred by her optomotrist for a recurrent red eye. Upon our first visit with Dr R Kini he prescribed my daughter with steroid eye drops which I was hesitant to use as there are alot of risks vs benefits but he reassured me that we needed to take them as my daughters sight was being threatened. 5 weeks later we were back. I've been a patient of Dr Vinitra Kumar for 5 years, and she has always been a wonderful and caring doctor. Recently, after being diagnosed with Scleritis, I got rapidly unwell, and my eye pressure was very high. I was sick for 2 months and spent most of the time in bed. I was blown away by the level of expertise and professionalism by Dr. Kumar. The level of service and quality of her work was outstanding. Likewise, the level of care and compassion she shows is excellent. I was also very impressed with her entire team and the high level of customer service and friendly nature they provide from the moment you walk in the door.
