One of the receptionist at this location is very unpleasant 🥺
It’s very hard to get through. Some residents are better than others. Appointments are short and only one issue at a time, even if they are related. Over burdened and underfunded health care at its finest. Thanks Conservative government.
Read your reviews. Your receprionist is rude. The team act as if they are so overworked compared to the rest of us. A lot of the community have been noticing the deline in service. You are dealing with people's health, be kind.
