How the receptionist at this office are still employed is beyond me. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fitzpatrick for over 4 years, and she is absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and thorough. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the front desk experience, particularly with the receptionist named Lidin. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had today. I had booked an appointment for my 4-year-old daughter at 1:30 PM, and upon arriving, the receptionist told me there was no record of the booking. She also said she couldn’t check who might have called me to confirm it. I travelled all the way from Burlington and even took a day off from work for this appointment, only to be told we weren’t in the system.
