Read your reviews. Your receprionist is rude. The team act as if they are so overworked compared to the rest of us. A lot of the community have been noticing the deline in service. You are dealing with people's health, be kind.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fitzpatrick for over 4 years, and she is absolutely amazing — kind, professional, and thorough. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the front desk experience, particularly with the receptionist named Lidin. I called recently to inquire about my MRI appointment, which I’ve been waiting on for 3 weeks, and was met with extreme rudeness.
