Usually easy to book. Apparently they could not be bothered to reboot their system so I was told to book another day. Oddly unprofessional that a secretary wasn't willing to reboot and put me on hold to help immediately.
But reception gets minus -0 stars for ill intentions rude behavior. Doctors here are 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'm not sure I would be alive without this clinic. I'm what you would call a non-compliant Patient. I don’t always follow up on the blood work and other diagnostic tests Dr Wong .prescribes for me. I need to be feeling very sick before I'll go to the Doctors but Dr Wongs compassion and dedication towards me is relentless, she sends me messages and BW requisition through the Patient portal, she even has people call me to make an appointment, when I've been asked, but fail to follow up.
