So I purchased a Hot Tub from Southeast Spa from Pete the Spa Guy. Excellent salesperson with tons of knowledge on the systems and what would work best for us. Only thing is we purchased in the middle of Covid and were advised it would take approximately 8 months to get. Fast forward 8 months, we called, and they told us it would be way longer to over a year from the purchase date. BUYER BEWARE! This company tells you your hot tub will be available in 4 months or less to get you to buy. Then they give you 3 days to cancel and as soon as you can't cancel anymore they call you and say the hot tub will be ready in 6 to 7 months instead of 4. So you ask to cancel because of that and they say ok but it will cost 25% of the entire price of the hot tub. They are scamming and screwing people left and right.
