I had to come home and write a review because WOW. This is one the best Eye Dr offices I've ever been to. You're immediately greeted with hellos and friendly faces. The tech, Allie, was absolutely amazing with my daughter (who was very nervous at first) and made her feel a lot more comfortable. The Dr, James was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Not a drop of dust anywhere. The place was very nice and clean too. I would recommended them to everyone.

I got my frames here August 2023 and did quite a bit of wear on them already, bending them all out of shape. I never went to an eyeglasses place to get them repaired, but Savannah helped me get them bent back into shape in minutes! I was expecting to just drop them off, too. She even replaced the nose pads which I was going to get done myself. Now my glasses are like new again.
Brandi has gone above & beyond each time I have been there from start to finish with the right type of glasses. The Dr & staff are great but I could go on & on with the specifics on why Brandi makes all the difference in the perfect pair.
Dr. Staup was excellent and really helpful. Very Friendly staff I will definitely be using South East Eyecare From now on and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.
