Terrible experience with an appointment for my kids. It happened twice, so I couldn’t stop writing. It takes weeks to get an appointment for a simple medical check. Even after I explained why it's so important and urgent for us. They kept pushing it out, stating it takes 30 mins for each check-up and they are not available. In reality, the check-up didn’t last 7 mins. Every time you have a random doctor and always give the same excuse that we are under staffed. Even now they blame COViD for being busy when you call them.
