Terrible service that overcharges and refuses to work with it's clients. I had an issue with my bank. Any other company will waive afee one time, but South Durango refuses to do so. Their attorney, Bud Smith, is especially a real piece of work. I was notified he is their customer facing representative, and he refuses to make any accomodations or treat people like human beings, instead referencing the policy.
