They installed a meter with reading problems, which caused three times the amount of water I used in one quarter. They changed the meter and my consumption returned to normal, and now they want me to pay 2000 USD for the reading of the old meter, and they tell me that the meter didn't have any problems. I feel cheated. They don't care about their customers, their only goal is to collect money, even if you're right.
