Fast, efficient, kind, caring, listens, and very knowledgeable. This is a real doctor’s office. Dr. Pales and his staff are one of the best from scheduling, to lab work, assessment, through prescription. This is one of the first doctors offices that I actually stayed with, I travel from out of state to for well care visits for Dr Pales and staff.
This was to be my first visit. Requested 3pm on their site, they called to get my information, and it was then changed to 2:45. We arrive a few minutes before 2:45, with the forms they sent for me to fill out. A little before 3, they take me to the room, the nurse gets my vitals. 30 MINUTES later, still no Dr. I'm looking for a new Primary, I'm medically complicated, I need someone I can trust. I don't think this was it, so we left.
Dr. Elina Pales has been the best neurologist I've had as well as one of the best doctors I've had in years. She shows not just concern for my issues, but also feels genuinely invested in my care and progress. I feel like someone is actually listening to me and is looking out for my best interest.
