Well organized office, goes above and beyond IMO. Dr Carey Patt is perhaps one of the best providers I’ve ever seen, especially for the medically complex. Absolutely wonderful team.
Dr Schomaker was exceptionally competent, personable, respectful and thoroughly evaluated and appropriately treated my issue.
Dr. Shomaker is a great doc. He listens to what you have to say and explains things in terms easy to understand. He is funny and kind as well as shows concern for you.
Thumbs down all around. I was called 2 days prior to my procedure with my co-pay amount only to be told less than 18 hours before my procedure that it wasn't approved. Then, another call came through saying if we didn't reschedule, we would owe a $500 fine for the procedure not being approved (how is this on the patient?). My doctor provided a referral to this office and it took over one month for them to send to insurance for approval.
