Zero stars. My wife and I had the same exact procedure done two weeks apart. We both received daylight anesthesia and got the same results . My wife was charged more than double for the same procedure that I was charged. Called many times. They claimed my wife was put under all the way. That’s interesting because they said something else and i watched her get the drug. I paid the over charge just because you can’t fix stupid. I still kept getting bills after I paid. Dr. Marlana Radcliffe is an excellent GI doctor who performed a colonoscopy for me earlier in 2025. Dr. Radcliffe and her staff are excellent and very efficient, and they were very friendly and professional during both the preparation and recovery of my procedure. Dr. Radcliffe's written report was very detailed with excellent photos of several areas. Her report provided answers to all my questions and concerns and was very detailed. Wish I could give them less than one star. Fought with this bait and switch place for months. They say it's covered by insurance before the procedure then change the coding so they can charge more. Ton's of reviews say the same happened to them. I should have read the reviews first. Do not go here your nightmare will never end. $3,000.00 charged!!!
Stay far away! I went to South Denver GI in early 2021 as a referral from my PCP. I have suffered from excruciating heartburn and reflux over the last five or six years. I tried other avenues (I’ve been on OTC meds and/or prescription meds for years) but finally decided to ask my doctor for a referral. I had my first endoscopy done in early 2021.
