I was referred, and unfortunately in their paperwork they ask about a living “Will” it gave me chills considering that the staff is only experienced with the ones they choose to care for… they treated me like shit, asking question after filling out paperwork online and in the office, they pick and choose who they want to proceed on, and show NO consideration when you follow prescribed prep.. to set you up to reschedule… unfortunately I went through the complete process, all the way untill I was directed to undress to then be... read more

The team at South Denver Endoscopy Center are the best! From communication before the procedure date to Alex at check in to nurses and staff before and during the procedure -Bethany, Dave, CC, to Madeline in recovery, the entire staff made me feel cared for. (And Dr. Carreira is just awesome-thorough, professional, and I absolutely trust his medical judgement and care.) There were so many opportunities for questions throughout, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend booking here for endoscopy!

You implore some deceptive practices. You take advantage of individuals who aren't aware of all of the sedation options to steer them to the cheapest option for you, not what's actually best for the patient. I was lead to believe I was getting a deep sedation when I scheduled my appointment only to find out a day prior that wasn't the case. By that time, the option requiring an anesthesiologist was no longer available. A month to get scheduled absolutely wasted.
