I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Ahmad Manshad today for a second opinion. Everyone in this office was friendly and professional. His Medical Assistant was very attentive and really listen to my history and concerns. And Dr. Manshad, what can I say, he is kind, listens and most importantly, takes the time to explain how the heart and circulatory system work, which makes understanding the next steps so much clearer. Avoid this office at all costs especially if you have a cardiac emergency. The staff do NOT communicate. The front desk is rude and incompetent. The nurse called to have my dad be admitted to the hospital immediately as he is currently having symptoms. These people went back and fourth with me telling me that they don’t do direct admit blah blah blah someone told my dad to pack his bags and head to the hospital he didn’t just make this up.
