Here on Monday January 15th 2024 at 845am and the receptionist is the rudest thing. An absolute snot. My family member has a neurological disorder that clouds his thinking. She was so nasty about him not having his Medicare card. Been listening to her scold and be nasty to other people about it in the waiting room. Shouldn't be that big of a deal if she can see they have Medicare on her computer already. Not a big enough deal to act like that anyway. This was a very good visit. Whitney, PA for Dr MacDonald, was knowledgeable, professional, on time and very helpful regarding my cardiac care. I look forward to my future routine visits and if I have an urgent matter, I know I’m in good hands with Dr MacDonald and his terrific staff
