I bought the full interior and exterior detail package. One full day i left my car with them only to come back to a dirty car. Seats has fur, doors were dusty, carpets not vacuumed properly. And when i called it out, the owner walked up and called my claims bullshit and basically started intimidating and abusing me. I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I left my car with Patrick Guiry for an entire day expecting professional auto detailing, and what I got back was a rushed, sloppy mess. Streaks on the windows, missed spots on the interior, dirt still in crevices — it honestly looked like it had barely been touched in some areas. Go to this place only if you want to experience the absolute worst customer service… Patrick took my vehicle for cleaning. Kept the car for a full day. When I picked up the car - I was terribly disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. The work was bad enough, but the customer service was even worse. I wouldn’t know how good the detailing is, as I made an appointment to get my car detailed and showed up to drop the car off and no one was there to detail my car. Apparently they had called in sick, but no one had notified me.
Steven did an incredible job! He made my 13 year old car feel and look brand new!!
