I have tried to be very patient with this office. The protocol to get medication seems to change frequently. Being on their automated phone list will make you feel harassed constantly to the point i have to call every couple months to ask them to turn it off. When i asked for them to explain to me once things changed I was met with “it takes a two second phone call”. Very unprofessional. Looking for a new office now.
I have taken my daughter to south dayton pediatrics since she was a baby! 17 yrs dr souraf and dr williams both were awesome and we never had a single issue! The last two times my daughter has gone the girls who check her in take her vitals and ask whats going on with her seem short, rude and disrespectful and made my daughter feel like she shouldnt have been there!
