I have taken my daughter to south dayton pediatrics since she was a baby! 17 yrs dr souraf and dr williams both were awesome and we never had a single issue! The last two times my daughter has gone the girls who check her in take her vitals and ask whats going on with her seem short, rude and disrespectful and made my daughter feel like she shouldnt have been there! The woman at the front desk needs to work on her manners . If you make a error on the schedule you should probably apologize . Common courtesy. Don’t come before lunch ! They will treat you THE worst ….doctor included. Sucks that I have to swith but I do not appreciate how me and my sick child were treated .
