Amazing care team very kind and knowledgeable. Very good with explaining conditions and accommodating paperwork such as FMLA ada accomodation and 504.
I've been going to this practice for almost 20yrs and seen every provider but today really warmed my heart because honestly I had lost hope due to the attitudes. We saw Dr Jessica and her nurse was so kind, warm and sweet. My 16yr old son plays soccer and she encouraged him to keep playing so that in the future she could brag to everyone that she saw him as a patient when he was younger lolol. I'm not sure why they don't have more stars. But they should have 5 stars. This practice is very patient and they make sure your child has all tests and vaccines needed for their age. The front desk is super helpful, especially crystal who answers all questions, gets my child in fast.
I love SDP, my son is comfortable there and has been a patient since he was a newborn. They are very responsive and he loves the staff specifically the Medical Assistant Robyn! Never had any issues!!
I love this Doctor office and Dr. Parks is awesome!! My daughters have been going to her for years and the team is great!!! They always go above and beyond and they legitimately care about their patients. Crystal is Dr. Parks nurse and she our favorite!!! Thank you all for being so great to my girls and me!!
