I love SDP, my son is comfortable there and has been a patient since he was a newborn. They are very responsive and he loves the staff specifically the Medical Assistant Robyn! Never had any issues!!
I love this Doctor office and Dr. Parks is awesome!! My daughters have been going to her for years and the team is great!!! They always go above and beyond and they legitimately care about their patients. Crystal is Dr. Parks nurse and she our favorite!!! Thank you all for being so great to my girls and me!!
If you remember how great South Dayton Pediatrics was for 20+ years. Immediately imagine the absolute opposite. Not sure how it got so bad. But after almost 20yrs, left the practice. Also, SDP, there's no need to reply and try and gaslight anybody. Fire everybody and start over if anything. If yall spent half the time you do on defending, excusing and avoiding in replies to reviews you might actually get somewhere

Poor patient service. One of the staff was literally asleep behind the desk when we walked back to an exam room. Billing support over the phone was rude, defensive, and unhelpful.
