This isn't a public place. They help prisoners with these cards. Getting mail while being locked up makes a huge difference. This is a not for profit charity that mails cards to inmates only. I can't find any additional information on them. They deliver to multiple states. I found them in Oklahoma prisons. If they see this, I just want to say thank you.
