We had an AMAZING time for my daughter’s kids silks party at SDAA! Katie did a great job supporting each of the kids to feel confident and comfortable in trying many things! The kids had a blast with lots of laughs and smiles! I highly recommend this unique party experience!
I’ve been a member with SDAA for 4 months now and it’s been INCREDIBLE. My plan originally was to go weekly and now I find myself there almost daily! The staff is knowledgeable, patient, fun, and the most welcoming people you will ever meet. I’ve taken group silks, hoops, aerial yoga, intro to circus fitness, bungee fitness and strength/stretches classes, and also a private lesson with Katie (one of the owners). A group of us were able to have a bungee fitness class party. It was a lot of fun. Took a bit to get used to the harness, but it was an experience that none of us had tried before. We would do it again if we lived in the area!
Our office had a holiday party here and it was so much fun! We were all new to this. Lots of support was given & would definitely recommend!
